Any one who knows Melanie knows she LOVES to bake. In fact, that's what she wants to be when she grows up: A baker on the beaches of Hawaii. She will have a little hut and surf to work. Melanie has many other aspirations as well, but being a baker seems to be her ideal dream job. So it wasn't a surprise to us when Melanie saw "Bake It In A Cup" recipe book for children and asked Santa for it. She made Strawberry Cream Puffs. Look at all her hard work. And don't they just look delicious?

Do You See What I See?

I was in the kitchen cleaning bottles while Melanie & Sean played on the floor. And something about Sean's movements caught my eye so I grabbed the camera. What do you see? I (we) see Sean intentionally looking at his hand and signing "mama" & "milk". When I finished the video I scooped this sweet chunker up and gave him a baba. He drank it all.This is just fascinating to me. I'm AWE struck!
