Kyle Before....
Although I am not a big fan of boys having long hair, Kyle's "70's Shagg" look didn't quite bother me as much as I thought it would. I loked the softness of his hair, the curls. But mostly I liked how bouncy it was. It was bouncy, carefree, wild, and fun. Just liek a kid should be. However, with that "do" it was hard to take him seriously. We were glad when he volunteered for a haircut. Bye, bye curls (sniff, cry).

BMW RIDE!
This FABULOUS car belongs to Duane's Aunt Marion. She pulled up in it and my mouth dropped! I said to her, "That is a SWEET ride!" And she tossed me the keys! I was too intimidated to drive it, of course. So Duane took me for a spin. OH MY GOSH! What fun!! I told Duane it was the perfect kind of car that makes you wanna stand up and flash your boobs! HA, ha, ha!!! I didn't of course, but I wanted to! We all went out to dinner and on the way home I decided I was brave enough to tackle the sports car...WOW! What and EXCITING feeling it is to drive with the top down. The fastest I went was 80 MPH, but with the top down it feels so much faster. Kyle was in the front seat with me trying to find the perfect "tunes" for us. Some rap song came on that I felt was PERFECT..."Yeah, uh, look at me. Yeah, look at me..." When you say those lyricks don't forget ot put the beat in your mind and bob your head! HA! Thanks Marion for the FANTASTIC car ride!!!! Duane promised me one for my 40th. birthday! WOO HOO!

Me and My Girls
Have I mentioned how much I LOVE these girls!? I'm so lucky to live so close that Melanie, Kate, & Lauren will grow up together. They will be close friends, not just cousins. They are so fun to spend time with. They're at the age where Melanie & Kate go and hang out together, while Lauren & I play. Works out nicely.

We are SUPER lucky to have a 3 year old girl named Capri move next store to us last year. Melanie & Capri have slowly become friends. Early this Spring they were playing nearly everyday outside together while the weather was FANTASTIC! They seem to have a lot of fun together.
