Connecting With the Cousins

While Lori & Chad went off car shopping, I was fortunate enough to to hang out with Kate & Loren.  It was so much FUN!  Kate & Kyle play really well together.  Loren & Melanie do their own thing, and if they cross paths-WHAT OUT!  Someone's either getting pushed or a toy is being argued over, and they're both saying "NO!".  They are both very independent girls.

It's SPRING Time!

Melanie and I bought 2 rose bushes to plant under her & Kyle's windows. Of course, they are PINK! They'll be beautiful & hopefully give a little privcacy. The houses here are so close together!

Action Figure to the Rescue!

Melanie has occassionally played with her action figure in the same fashion as Kyle. But, I think she thinks hers is Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. In the video she says "Action figure to the rescue! To infenity & beyond!"

Melanie is really into Veggietales right now. One of our most favorite things is this song:I Don't Got a Belly Button.
It's HILARIOUS!
What a GREAT show these are! Teaching about good character, good values & different aspects about the Bible. And very entertaining!
